New Feldenkrais Group

The Feldenkrais method is a unique body- centered learning process achieved through gentle interesting movement sequences. Through this method, one can increase range of motion, improve flexibility and coordination, release chronic muscle tension and achieve improvement in posture and breathing.

Genie Levin made Aliyah when she was 15. She studied dance and music and has 22 years' experience as a Feldenkrais practitioner. She works for the medical services Leumit Tivit and Clalit Maschlima and at Beit Levinstein. Come and join her group class on Thursday mornings.

Classes start 8.30am Thursday 14 October.
