and mortgages, available from the North American community and administered
by the AACI, are also processed through the counselor.

including financial, seniors' rights and benefits.

Service for Members
Colin Keyes
is a social worker for the elderly, with 40 years’ experience in England
and Israel.He specializes in initiating and managing welfare
projects and is a facilitator between the client and the establishment.
He has extensive connections with the Anglo-Saxon community in
Netanya and is aware of the difficulties of language and culture that
are faced.Colin
will be volunteering for two hours each week at our offices.
He will try to deal with problems such as social work issues;
interpreting letters in Hebrew and taking necessary action; as a
contact with health, welfare and caring services and with the suppliers
of utility services; issues relating to Bituach Leumi; financial
problems and consumerism and seniors' rights and benefits. Issues that
can be resolved fairly speedily will be dealt with free of charge.
However, a charge will be made if further action is required.
