Irene Burg, a certified teacher from the Wingate Institute of Physical Education, is offering evening exercise groups to women.

The program includes warm-up exercises to music, stretching movements to develop flexibility, exercises to strengthen muscles, improve balance, increase coordination and relaxation exercises.

Exercises employ the techniques of in Yoga, Aerobics, Pilates, Feldenkrais so as to build up bones and stretch muscles.

No two lessons are the same; Irene uses different equipment to make the lessons more interesting and beneficial.

The new Thursday morning class will complement Orly's osteoporosis exercise class held on Sunday, allowing you to exercise twice a week. You'll find the same warm, congenial atmosphere as well as a wide selection of stretches, bone building, flexibility, movement and relaxation exercises to keep you in good shape. You'll feel better for joining Irene and the girls on Thursday at 8:30 am.

Mondays 6:15 – 7:15 pm

Thursday 8:30 - 9:15 am
