Exercises for women |

The program includes warm-up exercises to music, stretching movements to develop flexibility, exercises to strengthen muscles, improve balance, increase coordination and relaxation exercises. Exercises employ the techniques of in Yoga, Aerobics, Pilates, Feldenkrais so as to build up bones and stretch muscles. No two lessons are the same; Irene uses different equipment to make the lessons more interesting and beneficial.
The new Thursday morning class will complement Mondays 6:15 – 7:15 pm Thursday 8:30 - 9:15 am |
